This Privacy Policy explains how the Pop 1 Card Show ("we," "us," or "the Show") collects, uses, and protects the information you give us when you register, buy tickets, or enter raffles. The short version: we use your information to run the event and to tell you about the Show and future shows. Because our raffle and giveaways are run with sponsors, by entering you also agree that we may share your contact information with those sponsors, who may reach out to you. We do not sell your information to random third parties.

We collect the information you choose to give us when you register or get in touch, which may include:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number (optional)

• Whether you're attending, vending, or breaking

• How you heard about the Show

We may also automatically receive basic technical information (such as your browser type and general location) through our website hosting provider, which helps keep the site running and secure.

We use your information to:

• Register you for the Show and manage entry

• Issue raffle tickets and notify winners

• Contact you by email with event details, reminders, and updates — and, only if you check the text opt-in box, by text (e.g. giveaway drawing-time reminders)

• Market to you — news, offers, and promotions about this event and future Pop 1 Card Shows

• Share your contact information with our sponsors, who may reach out to you (see “Sponsors & how we share your information” below)

• Respond to your questions and improve future events

• Comply with the law when required

Sponsors: The Pop 1 Card Show and its raffle and giveaways are supported by sponsors. By registering and entering the giveaways, you agree that your contact information (such as your name, email, and phone number) may be shared with our sponsors, and that those sponsors may contact you about their products, services, and offers.

We do not sell your information to random third parties or data brokers. Apart from the sponsors described above, we only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Show — for example, the tools we use to store registrations (such as Google), send email, or send text messages — and when required by law or to protect the safety of our event and attendees.

You're always in control of the marketing you receive from us:

• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us to be removed.

• Text messages: if you gave us your phone number and receive texts, reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

• Sponsors: you can email us at jon@pop1cardshow.com to ask us not to share your information with sponsors going forward. If a sponsor has already contacted you, use the opt-out or unsubscribe option in their own message.

To update or remove your information, just email us at jon@pop1cardshow.com.

Your registration information is stored using reputable services (such as Google) and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to it.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to run the Show and to keep you informed about future shows, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email jon@pop1cardshow.com and we'll take care of it.

The Show is an all-ages event, but this website and our registration are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date below. Please check back occasionally so you're aware of any updates.
